I know where my snacks are!
Ryan found the pantry and we caught him dragging out items from the bottom shelves and opening them up. Notice he surrounded himself with the graham crackers, animal crackers, and white grape juice! Time to move it all!
Vacation
Our first family vacation with Ryan took us to Gulf Shores, Alabama. From his first airplane experience, to lunch at Lulu's (Jimmy Buffett's sister) Restaurant the first day, to playing in the pool and on the beach, Ryan did well - but Mommy and Daddy were very tired and need another vacation! ha ha!

We just love this video of Ryan playing with his toys during his birthday party! Right along with him of course, is his buddy Kyle. These two play together all the time at daycare. I'm sure they keep their teachers on the go all day! Kyle's Daddy, Garrett, keeps trying to build a block tower only to have Ryan and Logan knock it down again and again! Oh and to them, each time is funnier than the last! ha ha!
Family!
It was so great to have so many family members able to make it in from out of town for the party. Ryan just loves being able to play with his cousins too, it's usually so much quieter and boring in our house! But not this time!

Ryan's first taste of delicious cake and of course he loved it! His best buddy Kyle from daycare was on hand to help him out too! He dug into it like a sugar-deprived toddler should!
RYAN'S FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY!
Okay, has it really been a year already? We are amazed on how this year has come and gone so quickly. We have really enjoyed every moment with our precious boy. His birthday party was a lot of fun with family and close friends involved. Thank you God for this awesome blessing in our lives!
Party Boy!
What's the deal with Ryan already getting invited to his first party? His best buddy Kyle from daycare is turning 1, so Ryan got to experience birthday party craziness. Along the way he had his first taste of chocolate cake and let's just say it was not easy to break him away from it!
Ryan's First Haircut!
Ryan had his first professional haircut yesterday! Pegi did a great job keeping him interested and still. What a big boy! Bye-bye long bangs, but I'm not ready for a brush cut yet Daddy!
Okay, say Cheeseburger!
Yeah, so we were just goofing around this time and caught Ryan in the act of his first cheesy camera smile.
Mail Delivery!
Ryan seems to be taking complete control of his little mail cart walker now. He loves to get behind that thing and just go!... Until he runs into a wall or some other obstacle!
WAIT DADDY!
Ryan wants to go snowmobiling with Daddy. He stood watching out the slider for quite a while after Dan drove away.
